Founded by Dominique Hatcher, PiiSec, provides tactical physical and cyber security, threat intelligence, cyber defense, and resilience to global enterprises. PII (personally identifiable information) is sensitive information about a person or group that can cause devastation in the wrong hands. Our client’s proprietary and sensitive information, intellectual property, and assets fall under this purview. PiiSec’s security experts identify specific client risk-points and provide immediate to long-term solutions.

NOLAN CLIFFORD, CISSP, CFCP; Boardmember
Proffering over 20 years of front-line cyber security leadership, Mr. Nolan Clifford currently acts as a Strategic Advisory Partner, CISO, and Boardmember for multiple other highly influential cyber security entities, in addition to his role within PiiSec. Prior to starting and growing two successful organizations centered around U.S. Intelligence contracting, Mr. Clifford served as an Information Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy; specifically supporting the Naval Network Warfare Command for the U.S. Intelligence community at the NSA. During his tenure as Chief of Staff for the U.S. Navy Reserve Security Group, Mr. Clifford aided in the establishment of both the Naval Reserve Support for the Information Operations Technology Center (IOTC) and the Signals Intelligence Support to Information Operations (SSIO) Center at the NSA. He was essential to the creation of the DHS U.S. CERT, and provided essential personnel to U.S. intelligence assets during the heightened tension of post 9/11 terrorism and cyber terrorism threats. Furthermore, Mr. Clifford Led multiple forerunning involvements between the U.S. and NATO; including leading an international team in support of the development of NATO HQ cyber security response to attacks on NATO member nations.
In addition to founding his own companies, ISS and Barquin, Mr. Clifford has acted in significant roles such as Partner; Deloitte and Touche LLP, Director of Federal IA; PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Homeland Security Team, and Director IA Practice for National Defense and Intelligence Systems; General Dynamics. He is highly decorated and has earned a plethora of cyber security certifications and additionally hails degrees in the bio, genetics and medical fields.
